Terms & Conditions

A minimum 50% deposit is required on presentation of invoice to secure a booking; provisional bookings are held for 7 days only.

Payment may be made in full before the date of departure for Tiger Safaris Chirundu.

Cancelled within 3 months prior to booking date: full refund.

Cancelled between 3 months and 21 days: 50% refund.

Cancelled less than 21 days before booking: no refund.

If a booking is not confirmed 20 days before travel, we reserve the right to cancel without notification.

We are not responsible for transport delays due to weather, breakdown or other causes beyond our control, and will not refund nights or boat hire not taken up.

We are not responsible for the behaviour of guests at the resort.
Please report to the office on arrival and settle your fuel & extras accounts before departure. No fuel will be accepted in exchange for payment. Thank you for your valued custom — we look forward to your booking.
